Crobat is the best user for Super Fang with the move Taunt and Roost. Taunt stops foes from recovering or setting up, or applying status. Takes care of walls and with its nice speed it will be really good.

Yeah I battled this team before and after looking at it closely it's a tough team to beat. All I can really suggest is, using this ev spread on Rotom 252 HP / 176 Defense / 80 Special Defense, it allows you to handle special attacks better. Well good team i like it.

Skill is more important, but a good team is good as well, but skill comes first. Being able to predict will help you more than having the best team.
