I use this set in my Mono-Ice team item:Power Herb EVs:252 HP + Att 4 SpD Adamant move 1:Outrage move 2:Fusion Bolt move 3:Freeze Shock move 4:Hone Claws I know Freeze Shock isn't used much, because of extra turn, but with Power Herb this move kills a lot when used wisely.
