Arg no! Wargle is Normal/Flying? It's a freaking bird of prey and they give it the normal type. Again.
  2. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

The eagle Pokemon looks like an NFE (maybe that's just me.) I don't know what my reasoning is, but I guess it just seems that way. Anyone else think so?
  3. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

I can see the eagle thingy as being Fighting/Flying. Bird of prey and all (they made Staraptor almost Fighting/Flying by giving it CC.)
  4. (Archive) Small Objective Changes Thread

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong spot. Anyway: http://www.smogon.com/dp/pokemon/magnezone#Ubers_Choice_Specs The EV spread recommends 48 SpD EVs, although later in the analysis it is mentioned that "48 Speed EVs allows Magnezone to outrun most Scizor." I think that the recommended EV...

About Illuminate: I'd think it would increase your own accuracy. If there's more light, you can see and aim better. And I really doubt that that sketch is real. The coloring is crazy, the background is sketchy (can't think of a better word lol), and the Pokemon are drawn really badly. I'm sure...
  6. The 1v1 Metagame

I'd think a simple MixMence would work well here. It gets perfect coverage and doesn't need to worry about the drawbacks of Outrage/DM that much. Salamence @ Lum Berry/Focus Sash/Life Orb Naive 16 Atk / 240 SpA / 252 Spe -Draco Meteor -Outrage -Fire Blast -Earthquake
  7. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

That's a neat spread, but it's a great deal like Kyogre's. I'd think something like 110/120/90/150/90/120 for a mixed sweeper. I can also see 100/130/90/130/90/130.
  8. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

Empoleon says hi. Oh, and I'm also excited about the footage. Let's hope it's not something we've seen before (chances are good it will be. ">_>)
  9. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

Is E3 over yet? If not, when does it end?
  10. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

I'd think that the 3rd legendary created Zekrom and Reshiram, and the 3rd legendary was in turn created by Arceus.
  11. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

I'd see a coyote as pure Dark (hey, they could make it a Mightyena evo if they wanted to.) I can see Cacnea and Hippopotas returning to the desert.
  12. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

There's a mural at my local park showing an eagle with fists. I think that would make a good Fighting/Flying type.
  13. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

That could ruin the Wifi battling community.
  14. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

A Normal/Ghost would also be the only thing to resist the Ghost/Fighting combination (thus putting an end to perfect coverage with two moves.)
  15. Smogon and Gamefreak...?

If GameFreak really cared about Smogon, it wouldn't have doubles as the main format. Yeah, GameFreak probably does watch Smogon, but I don't think it cares that much.
  16. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

Isshu looks like an interesting place. There aren't many big cities, as far as I see (however, Sinnoh was originally shown without any big cities, so that's a moot point.) I like the juxtaposition of city and desert like that. Perhaps we could have an industrialization vs. nature theme.
  17. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

Yeah, but how many ice-types do you see running around OU?
  18. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

Insta-freeze could be plausible (after all, we do have Spore), but I don't see it getting very good distribution. It could give ice-types a nice boost to make up for their SR weakness.
  19. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

There's a thing called Taijitu, which translates to "diagram of the supreme ultimate." Taijitu is the actual symbol for Yin and Yang and represents interacting parts. The translation makes it seem like a possible contender for 3rd legendary. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taijitu
  20. Pokemon Black & White, aka Gen 5. Coming to Japan in Fall 2010.

That was a guy called Martijn who made some (probably false) statements to Pokebeach.
