Help please Im going to sound like a big idiot, but how do you open something using Java Web Start? I have java 6 downloaded, so i think i have it.

Problem with Pokemon Lab i download the link and open it. it asks if i want to open or save. When i open it, another window just pops up with the same message. If i press save, i save it and then try to open it, and the same message asking if i was to open or save comes up. I really want to try...

I try to open shoddy battle after i have downloaded it from the website, and when I try to open it, i get the long string of text that you told us not to post. I can't figure out what is wrong. Please help.
