Six IVs is just luck. You have to breed two parents with a Destiny Knot and hope that the system randomly generates a sixth perfect IV. Unless you're breeding a mixed sweeper though, five IVs is basically "perfect."

Deino and it's evolutions are not available in the Safari, unfortunately. You have to breed them from scratch. However, I have just finished breeding for my own Hydreigon and have plenty of leftover Deinos with 4-5 perfect IVs. Message me and we could probably work out a trade.

Is it impossible to breed a viable Hydreigon at this point? It seems you can't get Draco Meteor, Superpower, or Roost on him without move tutor.

I made the change to Trick on Jirachi. Hopefully Tricking a Scarf onto Cress is enough to stop it. I have yet to face another Cresselia since the change.
