Defense drops matter very little on curseTar, especially when you get them randomly 20% of the time. Payback > Crunch IMO, the extra 25% is worth it when you're at +1 or +2, and the extra 5 PP saves you less often than the extra damage would. I run it on my curseTar and the damage is noticeable.
