    Just downloaded RNG reporter to a new computer and I'm having trouble getting it running. I'm getting the following error:: The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000013). Click on OK to terminate the application. Any ideas? It's worked on a ton of other computers I've loaded it...

    I've self-taught IV breeding but im having a little trouble understanding RNG capturing - I'll clarify what i mean: I understand that you have to end up on the correct initial seed through hitting your target time and delay correctly - and advancing the frame doesn't seem any more complicated...
