I am actually using a Focus Sash, I just put focus band in for some dumb reason. I find with a modest nature my starmie does just fine. I generally only switch in to land super effective hits, which works nicely with the expert belt.

I don't fully agree with the above. Weavile can force a lot of switches which you can capitalise on with a pursuit to severely weaken some pokemon. I would consider putting some kind of wall or bulky type in your team, as it is pretty dominated with sweepers. Skarmory would have a nice...
