Sword & Shield Battle Mechanics Research

Thanks for the more extensive testing. The results fall in line with the tests I ran. That was a good idea to try testing if it would trigger without the Pokemon on the field. I never thought of that so I always had the Pokemon I wanted to give Sucker Punch immunity to at the front of my team.

The Sucker Punch glitch is reproducible in in-game Doubles battles. I just went to a cafe to test it. Example battle: CPU Milcery on left, CPU Swirlix on right. My Weavile on the left, my Dugtrio on the right. Turn 1 My Dugtrio uses Sucker Punch on my Weavile. It hits. My Weavile uses Metal...

Sword & Shield Battle Mechanics Research

King's Shield lowers Atk by one stage now instead of two if an enemy attacks into it. I let a wild Rookidee use Peck into my King's Shield. I confirmed on the battlefield details page that Atk went down by 1 stage.

Thanks for the heads up. I've updated the spreadsheet to include trainer names for USUM Battle Tree.

I checked the USUM Battle Royal Pokemon and trainers as well. They seem to be exactly the same as in the ones in SM.

I added trainer data to the USUM spreadsheet. I don't have trainer names at this point, though. The special trainers are near the bottom. Some of them are new and may be identifiable by the Pokemon they use. Exercise caution if you are trying to avoid that information. Those are real movesets...

I started work on the Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon Battle Tree Pokemon. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D7T0jCHBkDppjTB0_rJyK0houk8zE3wLmZ1DlVXEkXg/edit#gid=2141715632 Most of the movesets are the same. However there are some changes like Sunny Day Lurantis-1 now having Heat Rock...

Kaphotics mentioned to me that the v1.1 patch made changes to some Battle Tree movesets. Kommo-o-4 - Shell Smash -> Draco Meteor (Shell Smash was illegal) "Hawlucha-5" -> "Pidgeot-1" Hawlucha-5? There actually was no Hawlucha-5 in my data dump. It was always Pidgeot-1. My dump was from Pokemon...

There are 2 Reds. One version of Red uses Set 1 and Set 2 Pokemon. The other uses Set 3 and Set 4 Pokemon.

That might be true. I found what looks like Battle Royal Pokemon movesets (which includes a Dragonium Z Noivern) and added them to the spreadsheet. I'll see if I can find the trainer data later. Edit: Where "later" apparently means "right now". I added the Battle Royal Trainers as well.

The number is just a way to differentiate between movesets for the same Pokemon species. The same numbers are used for the Trainer data. So if a trainer is listed as having Barbaracle-1 that means that trainer can send out the Barbaracle-1 moveset.

Yeah, there are Megas now. Don't try and Trick a Scarf onto Mega Gengar. You'll immediately regret it.

I'm not sure if I'm late on this but I dumped the Battle Tree movesets and trainer data: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D7T0jCHBkDppjTB0_rJyK0houk8zE3wLmZ1DlVXEkXg/edit?usp=sharing It should be right but I haven't had a chance to actually play in the Battle Tree to double check. Please...

Complete and Comprehensive Battle Spot Statistics // Never Use The PGL Again!

Would it be difficult to add Battle Competition stats?: http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/competitions/ http://3ds.pokemon-gl.com/competitions/4040/ They are probably in the same format as the Battle Spot Data. Also, the data for a tournament doesn't change after being released so results can be...

You can't Sky Drop your ally in a Double Battle. The target of Sky Drop cannot Mega Evolve on the second turn of Sky Drop. They can choose the option to Mega Evolve but it won't do anything. This was tested with a Charizard and a Banette.
