    Just because you lose 25% of your hp doesn't mean it is a bad thing. For example send in against Blissey, use Sub on the swap, burn activates and then bang something is dead.

    Latios is faster but then again has lower Attack. I'd pick Latios specifically for the surprise factor and those extra resists and not being 4* weak to Ice.
