EoE, you could try duplicating the tail, then smudging the bottom layer. This might help you keep the definition while keeping the swirl underneath. Otherwise, you would likely have to just go back and manually clean up part with an eraser.

Gah, this thread moves fast. There's already a bunch of great submissions! Well, I was thinking about the CAP7, and for some reason I got sidetracked and something made me think of the Matrix. An idea was born. I decided to loosely base my concept off of the sentinels from the matrix...

Except then you have trouble switching into Ice and Dragon moves, which is kinda big. CAP7 would likely then have trouble switching in on 'Mence, which I believe was one of the high priority pokemon we wanted it to scout.
