Magneton @ 252 Sp. EVs, 252 Def EVs Stats (Without Pre-Stone): 241/156/289/336/179/179 Stats (Including Pre-Stone): 241/156/433.5/336/268.5/179 Compared to... Magnezone @ 252 Sp. EVs, 252 Def EVs Stats: 281/176/329/359/216/156 I'm no good with running calculations, but Magneton trades 40...
  2. Magic Bounce

Lead Espeon is tempting, but I'd rather put it in reserve and have it surprise the opponent with a first-turn switch-in against an obvious SR user. This will lead to some very interesting mindgames and will shake up the metagame quite a bit. Espeon should bounce up to BL or low OU, even with the...
  3. Archeops

Oh snap! That means making him a mixed sweeper is probably the best way to go, no?
  4. Ditto

No need to correct the blatantly misinformed. They'll learn the raw power of Scarf-Ditto soon enough... ...Yeah, you don't wanna mess with this guy. As far as tiering goes, Ditto's definitely going to be in its own tier, because it's only as good as the Pokemon around it. At an NU level...
  5. Eelektross

Makes sense, but one must consider whether or not it's a niche worth filling in the first place. No x2 or x4 weakness is great, and immunity to EQ is also great, but the stats and movepool just aren't there. I can definitely see this little fella climbing up to BL, but no higher.
  6. Volcarona

This 'mon seems to have a ton of potential. Getting past rock types should be pretty easy: throw HP Grass or Fighting into its arsenal and you're set. SR weakness is definitely an issue, though.
  7. Ferrothorn

Now THIS I like! Perhaps the first true synergy of Gen V Pokemon so far. Given the presupposed power of weather teams this generation, having a duo that can effectively neuter Drizzle/Drought teams is huge. Of course, Sandstorm teams still pose a bit of a threat, but perhaps Altaria and its...
  8. Gigigear

I agree. There's some novelty in a mixed set, and it's probably workable, but there are definitley much better options. Gigigear's primary strength seems to lie in boosting its Attack/Speed and bypassing subStallers. Even if he doesn't surpass Bronzong, he fits a unique niche that will be fun to...
  9. Ditto

Guys, what we have on our hands here is an OU Ditto. This. Is. Huge. This is like Farfetch'd becoming Uber or something: we've got an absolute joke Pokemon becoming a top-tier revenge killer overnight. Beyond the sheer unbelieveableness of the situation, though, there's some real strategic...
