Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
Lunar Dance and the like are probably quite relevant. Probably the most useful move in terms of going for a sweep. It's like a chestorest that doesn't take up a moveslot on your sweeper (although it does take up a whole teamslot)
CM Virizion was good to me when I used to play Ubers. Standard set really.
Virizion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Focus Blast
- HP Ice
- Giga Drain
I don't see the difference between saying Magic Bounce Espeon is banned from NU while Synchronize Espeon is not, and SB Blaziken is banned from OU while Blaze Blaziken is not.
Ok by your logic we'd have to test every pokemon with multiple abilities. For example, Espeon with Magic Bounce is UU but is Synchronize NU. I used Espeon in NU last gen, why can't I do it now? That's pretty much what you're saying. Now rinse and repeat for every single pokemon. It just gets...
Terrakion's weak to Bullet Punch, and it's also weak to Water and Fighting, whose priorities are all over for Excadrill already.
I just came on here to say Reuniclus is probably the best Poke I have used to force easy wins. It's so, so easy to use.
Ok please. Last round they didn't reset the ratings, so therefore more people had higher scores. They reset it this round. There should actually be less people at 1400 thanks to this and the fact you can't just park the account.
Stop being a bunch of bitches.
From my experience every single time this happened
I switch in Landorus, they use SD. Then I fail to OHKO and get KO'd back. Infuriating, but it happened every time. I only beat one Gliscor with Landorus and that was a crit :/
That's why Landorus is still in OU, of course it doesn't have the game breaking hax. But it does have a powerful Earthquake, a similar speed and lots of viable sets.
Scarf Landorus 4 SpA HP Ice vs Gliscor 252/0 does 82.5% - 97.2%
Correct me if I'm wrong
EDIT: Ninja'd :( Damn you Gen
Although I will say they often have protect
There's a whole bunch of stuff that stops most Thundurus sets, it's not that hard. Starmie revenged it for me for a while, and any ground type not weak to ice works I think
