Yes. It's still on my fire red game but it's a lvl 100 dragonite now. it has Thunderbolt, ice beam, earthquake, dragon claw. Good in game moves. It took a long time to get t bolt and ice beam from the game corner though.

Man, I wish they would release technician breloom already. wanted to try it and see if can be as good as scizor. Only a couple differences scizor has more bulk and roost, breloom has spore and is a lot more frail but Mach punch will hit a lot more things for neutral and super effective damage...

I have a rainstall team with the only offensive pokes dnite and tornadus. Tornados doesn't really need life orb because I just spam hurricane so specs are more useful for this poke and a lot of others. I think the choice items specs and band are helpful sometimes but you can't just replace them...
