i have to say i have been having problems when i play against a lucario. if i would have been able to out speed him it might have made a difference. thats why im considering to use dragon dance instead of bulk up.

i was thinking i was going to have problems like that to. first i switched in. the opponent switched in a pokemon that was at 1/2 health, used bulk up oponent used an attack (cant remember witch) i lost about 1/2 health. i used drainpunch oponent fainted got some health back, opponent switched...

yeah, that battle i won was actually my first real battle. before i found smogon i used to battle by only using attacks and i didnt know what ev training was. drainpunch was very useful for healing my scrafty.

i dont know for sure but i heard that shed skin has a 51% chance to cure a status? i know that smogon says 30% but almost everywhere else it says 51%.
