No, the problem is that it outclasses multiple other Pokes that would otherwise be used in OU. It limits options by its very existence.

Outclassing ONE Poke isn't the same as invalidating 3 or more of them. Why run Togekiss, Jumpluff, or Yanmega (just to name a very few) when you could just run Skymin? OMG!! You mean Stall can counter Full Offense???? When the Hell did this hap...wait...wasn't it sometime around Zun Tsu's Art...

Addendum: I also really feel that throwing Chomp, Mence, and Deoxys back into Ubers would REALLY open up a lot of options in OU that are just really suboptimal due to how powerful those guys are. Options > Super-Pokes
