Move Deleter Does anybody know where the move deleter is in game? I'm thinking of teaching an HM to my Meditite for the moment since it doesn't get any good Physical attacks for a wee bit but I wanted to know where the MD is.

I needed to know if there are any of the movetutors in D/P that teach levelup moves that would have been learned at a previous level. I ask because I was going to get a Gyarados IV bred in Emerald, but I didn't know if I could train it to Lv100 or if I need to leave it at 31 so it can get Ice Fang.
