    Does anyone know if a pokemon gets full EV points from killing something, even if another pokemon is the one who kills it? (ex: Pikachu with pokerus and power anklet begins fight with raichu![3 spd EVs], I switch to starmie or something, starmie or something kills it. Would Pikachu get 14 or 7...

    If shadow tag is banned, could you use fire spin? When they switch in their counter to shandera, you would just fire spin and trap them, and then switch to YOUR counter. Just sayin'.

    I've never rated a team before, but I have just one thing to add; isn't this team really weak against starmies? It seems like everything is weak to ice, electric, or water except for metagross. I'm not sure if starmie is very common now though.
