Compoundeyes gives a 30% boost to the accuracy of a move. Meaning sleep powder (75% acc) after compoundeyes is calculated like 75% * 1.3 = 97,5%. NOT 75% + 30% = 105%. So yes, kinda like Lou Cypher put it.
