there was a chance of hurricane without the rain missing and if it missed confusion would not have happened and cloyster would get hit by thunderbolt, if you were using a weather team at least let your opponent know considering your sig

So much for no weather team, running Thunder and Hurricane which both are low accuracy moves without the rain. Such a hypocrite, not allowing your opponents to use weather team but uses one yourself
