Very nice item. I have seen some very clever use of it for example assault vest amoonguss tanking special threats and have used assault vest scizor myself which is like one of the best xerneas counters. Think there are other good canditates like dialga, palkia, metagross maybe even jirachi etc.

I've played only official ubers but have had none problems with xerneas. Either my assault vest scizor stops it or then I revenge kill it with talonflame. Everyone is prepared to counter xerneas so it doesn't seem to be so overpowered I first thought.

Yes! 115 Base Speed is fantastic news because you don't need positive nature to outspeed base 100s.

Every Mega Pokemon has kept its base HP so Mega Ampharos has 90 base.

This is the generation of bulkyness. Mostly slow but powerful pokemons with some very nice type combinations. Actually it's a good thing imo. There are already enough great sweepers.

Meaning it has the 2nd best base HP of ubers right after Giratina (150) and just ahead Kyurem (125) Hopefully it's fast too.

All those scarfers need over 50% to survive from entry hazards + bullet punch. Dialga is your best bet. And well you can always run extremespeed which OHKOs everything except Dialga with SR and one layer of spikes. So technically they don't "blow" Lucario away even if you may think so.
