    No, PP Ups cannot be enabled currently. I believe Colin does plan to implement that option later, though. Items, abilities, and moves are his top priority right now I'd think. Probably because the server crashed or Colin reset it.

    That's probably resulting from you having an old team when a new build is in place. You'll probably have to remake the team, unfortunately.

    You can use both Stealth Rock and Spikes on your opponent. Stealth Rock can be applied once and Spikes can be applied up to three times.
