Magaki is a trader who uses PokeSAV.

Goodbar's Jolteon for his Adamant Elekid with Ice Punch, Cross Chop, and Thunderbolt

-We trade, I receive an Adamant Elekid with a 30 PP leer instead of Ice Punch
-I ask for a refund, for his Lonely Elekid with Ice Punch, Cross Chop, and Thunderbolt.
-I receive the Lonely Elekid, which has a 30PP Ice punch (30/15), and 30 was the original PP of the Leer.

Not sure if that's possible, and I'm sorry if it is, it just seems suspicious to me.
