So the following ubers are not "OU":

- Arceus (obviously)
- Deoxys
- Deoxys-D
- Ho-oh
- Manaphy
- Mew

This makes sense, as these are what we usually classify as "low ubers" (barring Arceus, who we can call the "uber" of ubers).
