I disagree. I think these statistics, especially now that X-Act has made the new OU list, are a valid representation of the metagame. I wouldn't say we lack a "solid" userbase, just a rather small one. Statistics tend to be more representative of the actual metagame if they have a larger sample size (ie Smogon University). With X-Act's OU list, I don't really see anything that seems strikingly unusual or unexpected (ie. No OU Absol).
