True, but a large majority of players will want to try out at least one CaP per team. I know that I almost always base my teams around one, and tend to fit in another 1-2 naturally.

I agree about the Bug/Flyings having a major problem with Fidgit, that largely explains their decline.
But Gallade is a strong sweeper with BU or SD and bears a Super Effective STAB attack against Revvy, sure you are not going to switch in on it but one on one I think it could come out on top.
However thinking about it more Rev does generally outclass it as a part Fighting type Bulky stat upper, that may be the main reason for its decline.
