It is and it isn't. On one hand, it represents the fact that with a small user base, teams being used over and over have a larger effect on the metagame. However, people almost never use the ladder anyway, compared to Smogon. I usually see nobody on the ladder, for hours at a time sometimes. So its not an accurate representation of the metagame when the statistics are biased a lot. This isn't to say they aren't accurate in a sense, but they're just off a bit.
