@ Scofield - I find Surf is better than either Hidden Power, as it can 2HKO Tyranitar as well as Scizor if I am not mistaken.

I'm disappointed that Latias' Mono Sub CM Set loses to Seismic Toss Blissey :(. 101 Subs would have been great, but oh well.
