Other than making my Empoleon less awesome, Latias hasn't really given me any problems. I haven't changed my standard team yet for it other than that, which might mean it's... not broken. Should be interesting to see what happens. I've wondered if Latias over Blissey would work on Obi's stall team for some time, it still kind of counters Togekiss, still stalls well, and doesn't die to Heatran like Jirachi was on his initial draft.
Oh well, better not get my hopes up like with Skymin.
