Why are the CAP Pokemon so rare? None of them are in the top 10, and only Fidgit, Arghonaut and Stratagem are in the top 20.

Also, Metagross is getting too popular; it's starting to annoy me. I'm going to come up with a CAP8 Concept that completely counters it. (And hopefully Scizor and Jirachi at the same time.)
