to me, i know i started it out a little confusing but all the teams need to go to me, ill have destroyer forward the ones he got, and as far as competitors i mentioned in the op its going to be the highest power of 2 possible and all the first people who signed up but with some exceptions like even though destroyer is not in the first 16 he's in
