Well, I'm running a sort of attack varient of Cyclohm, running the following:

Cyclohm @ Leftovers
Sheild Dust
Timid
EVs: 176 HP (401 HP, 5 Tosses), 252 Speed, 82 sp.attack
Discharge
Flamethrower
Dragon Pulse
Slack Off

Basically, this Cyclohm can take hits, especially physical ones. Meanwhile, while shrugging off addittional effects, Discharge has a 30% chance of paralysing, very good for Cyclohm's less-than-ideal speed. 284 speed is enough to outrun up to base 110's that have no speed investment, or a very small one. (281 speed with a Positive Nature, 256 with a neutral) Everything is outrun after Paralysis, which also aids with tanking. Sp.Attack EV's help deal damage, making Cyclohm hit 280 sp.attack.

I considered Thunderbolt, but, I'm more than willing to trade 10 base power for 20% extra para chance, especially with Cyclohm's defensive stats.

However, I am having problems with Cyclohm. On the ladder right now, Mamoswines are running amock, and a Life Orb Earthquake or Ice Shard hurts. Flygons are also around, EQ'ing and Outraging Cyclohm's. Both resist Discharge/T-Wave. Swampert laughs at Cyclohm, walling it bar Dragon Pulse, and Ice Beaming/EQ'ing it back.

Getting Cyclohm in is also an issue. My set focuses on opening the way for pokemon such as Lucario (Who comes in on a Dragon Attack), and Garados (EQ absorber) to come in, set up, and sweep. Between the myriad of counters, getting Cyclohm in is hard enough, let alone doing any damage.

Cyclohm will be far better once the other CAP's come back, and teams have to deal with them as well as Cyclohm.

Common Cyclohm teammates seem to be including Scarf Flygon, who can counter both Ground and Dragon types, and outspeeds most ice types, and steel types like Bronzong and Skarmory, who both are immune to Ground, and laugh at Ice moves. (Skarmory less so, but Mamoswine can't outdamage roost)

Currently using Cyclohm in a hail team.

Cyclohm @ Leftovers
Sheild Dust
Timid
EVs: 176 HP (401 HP, 5 Tosses), 252 Speed, 82 sp.attack
Discharge
Flamethrower
Weather Ball
Slack Off

Same as the previous Cyclohm, but, an improved 'Boltbeamer'. 100 BP Weather Ball burts, especially with hail. Flamethrower kills ice types who like the hail, especially with Cyclohm's good speed on this set. Discharge cripples sweepers and bulky waters. (30% paralysis works nicly with the rest of the team's Blizzard Abuse)
