This may be considered a stupid question, but I'll shoot this one out there:
Can Pikachu learn Fly?
The reason I ask this is simply due to the intro movie in Pokemon Yellow, depicting a Pikachu flying with alot of balloons. I personally doubt it, yet I dunno if it's possible. I thought having a surfing Pikachu was ridiculous until I got Stadium.
