yes it is... start by using the first page and clicking on some of the more successful teams to see what the standards being used here are first though.
and i haven't faultered with my team yet this time! in fact, i think i've had at least one pokemon at or damn near full health at the end of every match so far, and i've only messed up with my lead once.
