@Sonyc456:Yeah I would definitely consider rebreeding starmie and any of your other pokes that look like that IV wise, you should aim for 31/x/25+/31/25+/31 on starmie, at least that's what I'd aim for. As for Tyranitar I'd aim for: 31/31/25+/x/25+/31 but, if you at least get close to something decent and better than what you have currently I'd keep those.
