We've done this before for
Platinum, so I don't see why we shouldn't do it again for the new games!
Ways to get Illegal Movesets from RB Golbat's topic:
1) 3rd Gen only Tutor + 4th Gen only Egg Move [or the rare case of 4th Gen only combination of egg moves]
2) Egg Moves that can't be learned by the same parent (Do not worry about this if the Pokemon is in the Ground Egg Group)
3) Event Move + Egg Move (except in rare circumstances)
4) 4th Gen only Event Move + 3rd Gen only Move Tutor
5) 4th Gen only ABILITY + 3rd Gen only Move Tutor (i.e. Body Slam + Poison Heal Shroomish)
6) Event Move + Event Move from different event
