I wanted to take a look to see if you have a Choice set anywhere, but it seems like you don't; it's not even in OO. Choiced Missy definitely needs to be mentioned in OO, since even though it is slightly outclassed by Gastly, it's still usable and can be a dangerous sweeping force. It's probably better at utilizing a Choice Specs than Gastly because of its higher Speed.
So make a mention of Choice Missy in OO if you don't think it deserves a set itself.
