We've already got something in the works similar to this. It wouldn't be "new" creative movesets, but just sets for popular Pokemon that are simply underrated or overshadowed by other sets for that Pokemon.

There's a big difference between underrated sets on Overused pokemons and new
good sets for underrated pokemons.
And for beastatpokemon, try to post your Anti Lead Togekiss to the new and creative movesets thread (if it's not done already) and if the thing work, well... we'll see about that.
