@sbc: Thanks for the suggestions, I'll move Choice Band and Choice Scarf, SubLeichi to Optional Changes. However, a pure special sweeper has its own niche actually. IT lets Buizel hit a lot of physically defensive checks and then Baton Pass to keep the momentum on its side. I''l add the Bulk Up sweeper soon.
