here is the gyarados i run... works very well and has what we are talking about

Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Taunt
- Earthquake
