Uh how does stuff like Abra and Piplup (WTF) become a more popular lead than Phanpy?
HYU is right, Phanpy is such a reliable lead, and even though Snover is at #1, it beats 7 out of the 10 leads reliably, sets up SR, and in general is cuter than all of the leads above it :(.
Use it more, people.
