Suicune with Water Absorb
Altaria with Cloud Nine
Roserade with Technician
Lickylicky with Cloud Nine
I expect Altaria to soar up to OU to combat what will inevitably be Ninetales and Politoed abuse in the tier. Technician Roserade isn't as big of a deal, but STAB Technician Giga Drain is frightening. Water Absorb Suicune is ridiculous.
