I loved this set in 4th Gen, don't see why it couldn't still be useful now.

EVs/Nature: same as Special Sweeper
Item: Wide Lens
- Shadow Ball / Evil Eye
- Focus Blast
- Hypnosis
- Will-O-Wisp
