I no longer actually see a place I can post for older gens but that post says I should just put any of it here anyway. :(
As part of my carry-over from
this post, I noticed
GSC Blissey's Moves tab doesn't list that it learns Counter. Again, it is a move learned through RBY TM that isn't listed in the Dex. Its second analysis even lists a Counter moveset, heh.
