Yeah I'm nearly at the voting mark right now, I'd definitely support Smeargle+Ingrain being banned, as thats really the thing that breaks BP in my opinion. Maybe it's just because the few people I've faced that actually used BP weren't very good, but I don't think its full out BP thats broken as much as Smeargle being a bitch.
