In my opinion, Tomahawk should ABSOLUTLY NOT have Baton Pass. Ive explained the reasons a couple of times already, and these two are the only movepools lacking Baton Pass.

HD also does not have Stealth Rock. Which is something I approve of.

I far from expect to win, but at least I'm getting some votes.
