recalculated and added those 3 (or 2 because that zapdos was already there) + a new metagross (thnx german trainer raffael) and fixed a few errors
@DChiuch: well I don´t have a problem with that, maybe you could use a link instead of the whole thing, at least unless it´s incomplete
