Nuzleaf, wait for just a moment, and then use Quick Attack to jump into the air, Judy before Sleep Powder and Fire Spin reach you. As Torchic and Bulbasaur have the same speed, they should hit you (or each other) at the same time, cancelling each other out. Togepi, I need you to send a Flamethrower at Bulbasaur, dealing some damage to it.

Following this up, Locke, go for an Extrasensory on Ivy to show him who's boss. Togepi, make a 14 HP sub while you aren't targetted.

Let's go out with a bang. Or, an explosion! Togepi, absorb the boom with your substitute and hit Torchic with an Ancientpower!
