I'm pretty sure Meditate isn't a permanent attack boost. It just means the boost stays until the end of the next round. I might be wrong though.

Anyway Hades, since you're getting hit by Fake Out, I might as well say Will-o-Wisp. Now for your real commands after getting hit by Fake Out: I want you to use Scary Face to slow him down, and then I want you to use Growl to negate his Meditate.
