Well said. There is a tendency for various CAP folk to cry brokenness at any step of the process; however, in this case I think we did a really good job of being realistic and metagame-conscious with every small detail that went into Tomohawk, and the result is as competitively worthwhile as it is balanced. This is probably the biggest win for the CAP process as far as I can tell going into gen. V, and there's no chance it was an easy task to preside over, so excellent job, Reach! And it's cool-looking, too.
